Franchise Case Study > Case Study 1
Started September 1996 in the North East Midlands. 2 partners operating out of a rural location, they have succeeded in establishing a £370k+ portfolio in 8 years (total turnover 2003-£470k). This covers the business overheads including 9 staff and personal drawings. This is despite neither having any previous sales experience.
When asked about how they did it, the answer was:
“The back up was excellent you follow the format it has worked for us, and we don’t see why it shouldn’t work everywhere”.
The turnover budget for 2004 is £550k.
