A 40 year old accounts graduate with extensive IT experience opened the Merseyside franchise and commenced trading in December 2000 with first sales in March 2001. Since then he has established a portfolio of £104k and a first year turnover of £34k and nearly £80k in year two.
Overheads are covered and the business showed a profit in its first year’s accounts.
Major contracts secured on long-term rentals included Jaguar cars factory and training complex, Royal & Sun Alliance HO building, CRO Development and the North West Development Agency sites (4) have been confirmed.
The business now employs an operations manager and maintenance technician.
