Urban Planters are delighted to announce their recent success in gaining both the ISO 9001:2008 and 14001:2004 accreditations. Dave Gouldney, Urban Planters' Operations Director and Quality Manager, who managed the project said, "In reality, this was a relatively easy project as we already had 95% of the building blocks for both these accreditations already well established throughout the Urban Planters network. It was very reassuring to have someone from outside the organisation look at our procedures and confirm that only minor tweaks were needed for us to meet and achieve these worldwide accepted accreditations".
