The UK and the rest of the world are currently facing a massive upheaval with the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and we are working hard to ensure that we are able to support you as best we can through this difficult period.
We understand the concerns you all have and we know there must be many people who are extremely worried about the implications of Coronavirus for them, their families, colleagues and the businesses they work for. We have been working hard to ensure that our continuity plans are fully functioning, and we are fortunate to be able to have the majority of our office staff fully equipped to work remotely.
We will do the very best we can to meet the needs of our customers over the coming weeks, but to safeguard customers and staff we are temporarily suspending site visits for the next 3 weeks. Please see our attached Suspension policy for more details.

Our customers are at the centre of everything we do, and we want to ensure that we can provide all the help and support you need over the coming weeks and months. Suspension of Service
Following the government announcement on 23/03/2020 we have taken the decision to suspend all operational activities that cannot be carried out from home, including maintenance and installation services, for a period of 3-weeks. It will be reviewed again in the light of the current government advice at that time. We are hoping though we will then be permitted to resume maintenance services, prioritising essential maintenance.
In essential circumstances and where we can meet government guidance to keep employees and customers safe then we may be able to provide a site visit. This will be discussed on an individual basis with customers.
This will safeguard our employees and customers in the first instance and of course is in the wider best interests of the country.
Please note that any ongoing contractual financial liabilities remain in place and we will of course endeavour to still meet the required number of annual visits.
