The UK and the rest of the world are still facing severe restrictions to control Coronavirus (Covid-19), and as these begin to lift we are working hard to ensure that we continue to support you as best we can.
We understand the concerns everyone has and we know there must be many people still worried about the implications of Coronavirus for them, their families, colleagues and the businesses they work for. Rest assured that our continuity plans are fully functioning, and we are fortunate to be able to have the majority of our office staff fully equipped to work remotely and provide support.
During the lockdown period we have continued where possible to service essential customer plant displays and grounds in a safe manner that conforms to social distancing requirements. As restrictions begin to lift and more premises open, we will increase maintenance activity and begin installation services when safe to do so. Our full risk assessments and method statements incorporating Covid–19 safe systems of work for all activities is available on request, but the key points are:
