We offer:

A territory based on a postcode area. Business is built up by prospecting on commercial properties such as offices, hotels, restaurants and leisure clubs.

The products fall mainly into two categories:

A wide range of live plants, sourced from specialist growers in Holland,

Replica planting, mainly sourced within the UK - which extends to hedging and mature trees.

Our vast selection of containers comes in a wide range of materials, shapes and colours to suit all design requirements.

Also included in the package is an eye-catching liveried vehicle, initial stock of sample containers and operating equipment, uniform, stationery and business software systems which include a unique costing system and contracts database.

Our strength comes from the substantial turnover built up by franchisees through a contracted portfolio of repeat business.

Franchisees benefit from a strong cash flow, thanks to the quarterly, in-advance billing which is standard in our sector.

As a result : -

  • Income flow increases, secured by signed agreements
  • The franchise reaches a predictable stage where all overheads are covered by secured income, after which gross profit goes straight to the bottom line;
  • The franchisee has an asset that can be sold.
  • A minimum investment of £55,000 (which includes your franchise licence fee and package and allows for establishment costs and working capital to cover the first 12 - 18 months of operation). This investment is most likely to be a mix of liquid capital and bank support. Thereafter the business should be self-financing.
