The 20th June marks Clean Air Day in the UK, a day dedicated to raising awareness of the extent and effects of air pollution in our outdoor and indoor air.
Air pollutants come in many forms, and its not just on busy city streets where we are breathing in potentially harmful substances. It is reported that our indoor air quality is getting worse and in some cases can be more toxic than outdoors.
How bad is the indoor air we breathe?
