Full Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Garden Maintenance Operative to join our mobile team, to help to deliver the best possible service to our ever-growing exterior customer base.

Job Requirement:

An experienced mobile maintenance gardener who has experience working on grounds maintenance for corporate clients.

Only cheerful, positive people with a helpful attitude and good sense of humour need apply!
Must be able to show natural enthusiasm and initiative
Early start, early finish – hours generally 6.30am – 3.30pm
Some heavy lifting and operating machinery involved

Duties

· Garden maintenance experience

· Client liaison

· Autumn clearing

· Spring preparation

· Mowing

· Strimming

· Weeding

· Mulching

· Planting

· Pruning

· Ad-hoc duties as required

Skills & Experience

Driving licence

PA1 & PA6 spraying licence

Garden maintenance experience essential

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Able to work as part of a team as well as on their own

Plant knowledge would be an advantage

Horticulture qualification is desirable

Immediate Start

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
